This oceanfront home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main level of the home plus 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom bonus area on ground level with outside entrance. On the main level there is a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, 6 TVs, DVD player, wireless internet. Other features include a ground level laundry with washer/dryer, fenced yard, outside shower, and walkway to beach.
On the main level there are two bedrooms on the right side of the house, one with a King bed and one with two Single beds, with a full bathroom in between. On the left side there are two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with a King bed. There is a second full bathroom off of the main living area. This level has central heat/air. On the ground level, accessed by entrance from parking area, there is a small sitting area/bedroom with TV, chair, and Double bed, and a bedroom with two Single beds, with a bathroom in between.
There is a $400 departure cleaning fee. Rate includes bed linens and towels with beds made upon arrival. Accommodates 12 including ground level bonus rooms.
Absolutely no smoking allowed indoors.
This rental is dog friendly. An additional fee of $150 plus tax will be applied if bringing a dog and your check out time will be 9:00 am. 2 dogs maximum per stay.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
