Located less than a 2 minute walk to the beach, this home is located right off second street and on a beach access. This is a vacation oasis for those who love to stay on the beach during the day, but like to enjoy canal living in the evening. This rental includes the use of 3 kayaks ($300per wk value). Please use kayaks only with life jackets provided with rental. Assorted beach toys are also provided at no extra charge.
This concrete canal home offers 4 bedrooms plus a loft and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, microwave, dishwasher, ice-maker, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, charcoal grill, screened porch, large sun deck, and an outdoor enclosed shower. The house also offers lots of entertainment options including 6 TV’s with DVD players. There is cable TV available, and a strong WIFI package for the apps on the ROKU TVs. There is also a DVD library and numerous games and puzzles.

On the main level there are two bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a Queen bed. There is a hall bathroom with a tub/shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a Queen bed. There is a hall bathroom with a tub/shower on this level as well. There is a loft sitting room with TV, sofa and board game table.
Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Accommodates 8 persons max (including children). No parties or large groups allowed at any time. All renters and their guests must park in the driveway and not in the grass.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
