On the first floor, the kitchen, dining area, and living room have a wonderful view of the beach, and deck with a hot tub. One bedroom on this floor has one King bed and a private bathroom with shower. Upstairs on the oceanfront there is a bedroom with one King bed and one Double bed, a private bathroom with tub, and an oceanfront deck. The third bedroom also has one King bed and one Double bed, private bathroom with tub and access to the oceanfront deck. The fourth bedroom has a King bed and a private bathroomw with shower. The fifth bedroom has one King bed and one Queen bed and a private bathroom with tub.
Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Accommodates 16.
Includes Whole-House Disinfection prior to arrival.
This rental is dog friendly. An additional fee of $150 plus tax will be applied if bringng a dog and your check out time will be 9:00 am.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
