On the main level there are two bedrooms on the right side of the house, one with a King bed and one with two Single beds, with a full bathroom in between. On the left side there are two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with a King bed. There is a second full bathroom off of the main living area. This level has central heat/air. On the ground level, accessed by entrance from parking area, there is a small sitting area/bedroom with TV, chair, and Double bed, and a bedroom with two Single beds, with a bathroom in between.
There is a $300 departure cleaning fee. Rate includes bed linens and towels with beds made upon arrival. Accommodates 12 including ground level bonus rooms.

This rental is pet friendly (dog friendly). An additional fee of $150 plus tax will be applied if bringing a pet and your check out time will be 9:00 am.
