This brand new build on the west side of the island offers 8 bedrooms, 6 full baths and 2 half baths. This home was designed for comfort and reflects that on all four floors. Enjoy features such as central heat & air, fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, 9 TVs, wireless internet, elevator, covered decks, private pool, outdoor bar and sitting area with 10th TV. Beach access nearby next to Islander Villas condos (see photo).
The pool area on the ground floor has a 15'x35' pool, wet bar, and outdoor living room with large TV. The second floor (one floor up from the ground level) has a den with TV, a half bath/laundry near the back door, and 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed with attached bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, and shower, and has access to the back deck overlooking the lagoon. Two street side bedrooms have a King bed each and attached bathrooms and access to a streetside deck. The fourth bedroom on this floor has a Single/Double bunk set. The third floor includes a large living area, dining area, kitchen with two refrigerators and pantry, a half bath, and two street side bedrooms. The first has one King bed, attached bathroom with tub/shower, and access to a streetside deck. The second has two King beds, attached bathroom with shower, and access to the streetside deck. The fourth floor offers a partially covered deck with views clear to the Sunset Beach bridge! On this floor there is a bedroom with King bed and attached bathroom, and a streetside bedroom with a King bed, attached bathroom with shower, and access to a streetside deck.
Rate includes bed linens except for sleeper sofas. Rate includes departure cleaning. Accommodates 22. No smoking. No pets.
Rentals are weekly only in summer.

Guests are responsible for bath towels, pool and beach towels, soaps, and paper goods. Beach equipment is not provided but can be rented from local companies or brought from home.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
