Easy access to the beach across the street and down four houses to the Driftwood Street and West First Street access.

Two of the bedrooms are on the left side of the house, with one Queen and one King. These bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms are on the right side of the house, with one King bed and one Queen bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. Washer and dryer on the main level off the back porch.

Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Accommodates 8. If you rented this property last year, ask about discounts offered by the homeowner for repeat renters.
Includes Whole-House Disinfection prior to arrival. 

This rental is dog friendly with a fenced in back yard! An additional fee of $125 plus tax will be applied if bringing a dog and your check out time will be 9:00 am. 

Rentals are weekly only 5/31/2025-8/30/2025.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
