This east end property has a reversed floor plan with the kitchen and living area on the top floor and offers 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 7 TVs with Roku, DVD player, internet, ceiling fans, covered porch, sundeck, outside shower.. Short walk to beach access at Shallotte Blvd.

On the main level with the kitchen and living room, there are two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with a Queen bed and set of Bunk beds. Downstairs there are are three bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and two with two Queen beds each. All bedrooms have a private bathroom.  

Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Accommodates 16.

Rentals are weekly only 5/18/2024-9/7/2024.
Nightly rentals during this time are only considered at the last minute, if available, at a 3-night minimum.
3-night minimum 9/9/2023-5/17/2024 and 9/7/2024-12/31/2024.

Bed linens, towels, soaps, and paper goods are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets. Ask about pet-friendly rentals if needed.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
