This condo is a side view unit located at phase two of A Place at the Beach. The condominium complex is oceanfront and this unit is a side unit with a balcony facing east with minimal water views. It offers 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Enjoy features such as microwave, dishwasher, 3 TVs, wireless internet, washer and dryer in unit, and a private balcony off of the living room. This unit has an air conditioner/heating wall unit in each bedroom and in the main area. 
A Place at the Beach Phase II an oceanfront pool, and a walkway to the beach. 

The master bedroom has a Queen bed and a private half bathroom. The second bedroom has two Double beds. There is a full bathroom off the hallway.  There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. First floor. Accommodates 8.
Includes Whole-House Disinfection prior to arrival.

Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed. 

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
