Includes access to the oceanfront pool at The Isles Beach Club nearby and tennis courts.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee. As stated in my VRBO review; overall the property and location was great. We loved the proximity to the beach and how the area wasn't overly touristy, very laid back. Dining options in the area were wonderful, attractions and golf all close by. My only suggestion to the owner was to update the furniture and that the floor with being all tile needed some maintenance or replacement. Areas of the tile were missing grout, loose or cracked. This would not deter us from staying here again but just an honest opinion of what we noticed. Unit was clean!
