This section of the oceanfront triplex offers 5 bedrooms plus small bonus room and 5 bathrooms. The entire oceanfront triplex shares a pool and two beach accesses. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, 6 TVs with YouTubeTV, wireless internet, sun decks, a shared gazebo, and an outdoor shower. Pool can be heated in the off season for an additional surcharge.
On the main level there is the King master bedroom with a private bathroom. There is a bathroom off of the hallway. There is also a bonus sleeping area that is a room with a Double/Single bunk bed. Upstairs there are four bedrooms that each have two Queen beds and there are three hallway bathrooms.
There is a $600.00 departure cleaning fee. Rent includes bed linens and bath towels with beds made upon arrival. No smoking. Accommodates 20.
Absolutely no smoking allowed indoors.
Rent all three of these units for family reunions or weddings and have everyone under one roof! All three units sleep 60 in total. Call for details.
Paper goods and soaps for your entire stay are not included. A starter supply is provided. No pets. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed.

This home was perfect for our family. We loved being just a few steps to the beach and enjoying the pool. The house was in excellent condition and offered all we needed to create an awesome vacation!

The property was lovely and we had a wonderful stay!
Had a great stay with four families in this house. The bonus room with a bunk bed was perfect for some extra sleeping room for the kids. The pool's a great size and perfectly fine to share with the 2 other units. The house had a couple minor issues (e.g., a broken toaster), but Linda at McClure was super responsive and quick to help out. Was also nice having the linens and towels provided.This was our first time using McClure and we'd definitely use them again and consider staying in this house.
