This mid-Island condo offers 1 bedroom, bunk beds, a queen sleeper sofa and 1 bathroom. Enjoy fabulous sunsets on the deck and short walks to the beach and The Isles Beach Club. Other features include central heat and air, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 flat screen HDTVs with internet cable (streaming), and wireless internet. The complex includes a pool.
There is a Queen bed in the bedroom, a Bunk nook built into the hallway, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Second floor. Accommodates 6. If you rented this property last year, ask about discounts offered by the homeowner for repeat renters.
Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed.
Note: Condo rules do not allow boats, jet skis, golf carts or any recreational vehicles to park on the premises.

We have stayed in this property before and have enjoyed its amenities every time. The curtains added to the bunk beds were a nice addition. Also, the patio umbrella was much appreciated.

The condo was very lovely, and made us feel very comfortable. Everything was well kept on the inside, as well as the building and pool. We always come back to Channel Harbor because we have never been disappointed there. Thank you to all the staff for helping me get into a last minute rental. Much appreciated!!! You guys are great.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The maintenance man, Nick I believe, was terrific. He helped us save a baby turtle! We will stay with McClure Realty again!
