This condo is a side view unit located at phase one of Oceanside West. The condominium complex is oceanfront and this unit is on the east side with a balcony facing east to building next door. It offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, 3 TV's, DVD player, wireless internet, and private balcony off of the living room. Oceanside West includes an oceanfront pool, grilling area, and shared walkway to the beach.
The master bedroom has one Queen bed and private bathroom with a tub/shower. The second bedroom has one Queen bed and the third bedroom has two Single beds. The second full bathroom is off of the hallway.
Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. First floor. Accommodates 6.
Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed.

I've been vacationing in Ocean Isle nearly every summer since the 90's and usually rent a house. This was my first condo experience and I must say it was one of the cleanest properties I have experienced. Kudos to the housekeeping staff!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice. Location was great for beach and pool.
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. There was plenty of room for a family of 4 plus more if needed. The condo itself is not oceanfront but a short walk out past the pool is all it takes to get there. We had everything we needed for the week. The kitchen was equipped sufficiently and the condo itself was tastefully decorated. The booking, check in and out service was so easy and convenient. I love the key less entry! It's so much easier than having to keep up with keys. The price was affordable and we will definitely stay here again if we are able to. We had beautiful weather all week, it was a shame the hurricane was coming up as we were leaving.
