This condo is a side view unit located at phase one of Oceanside West. The condominium complex is oceanfront and this unit is on the west side with a balcony facing west with a partial ocean view. It offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, washer and dryer, 3TVs, wireless internet, and a private balcony off of the living room. Oceanside West includes an oceanfront pool, grilling area, and a shared walkway to the beach.
The master bedroom has a King bed and private bathroom with a tub/shower. The second bedroom has one Queen bed and the third bedroom has two Single beds. The second full bathroom is off of the hallway. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. First floor. Accommodates 8. If you rented this property last year, ask about discounts offered by the homeowner for repeat renters.
This rental is dog friendly. An additional fee of $175 plus tax will be applied if bringing a dog and your check out time will be 9:00 am.
Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers.

The property was very clean and extremely well stocked. Appliances were above and beyond our expectations and we actually brought more than we needed to for our stay. I was very impressed that a pet friendly property was a clean as it was, there were no obvious signs that any type of pet had stayed there. The property was very comfortable and no residual pet smell.

The condo was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The TV was a little tricky to work, but we got it figured out (and who comes to the beach to watch tv anyway?).
Enjoyed our stay. Everything met our expectations. Kitchen was well equipped, and everything was so clean. Was nice to have a dog friendly condo for our sweet grand dog. My daughter in law will not travel if her dog can't go with her.
