This side unit of an oceanfront complex offers 3 bedrooms and2 bathrooms. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, 2 TVs with internet cable (streaming), DVD player, internet and a private balcony off of the living room with limited ocean views. Complex has an oceanfront pool and walkway to the beach.
The master bedroom has one King bed and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has two Double beds. The third bedroom has two Single beds. There is a second full bathroom off of the hallway.
Rate includes departure cleaning. NO SMOKING. First floor. Accommodates 8.
This rental is dog friendly. An additional fee of $175 plus tax will be applied if bringing a dog and your check out time will be 9:00 am.
Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers.

We love this property... close to the end of the island (our favorite spot on OIB), wonderful sunset view, and very affordable. We appreciated the upgrades: king size bed, new couch and love seat, and new showers. We are ready to book again for next year!

My daughter, grandson and I had an awesome at this location and our condo, Oceanside West PH2 - F1. It met our needs perfectly and we loved it! We are planning on booking next year at that same time, if available.The only thing that needed attention is the first bedroom when entering the condo was extremely warm, it seemed that the air did not enter that room, but the other two bedrooms were perfect.The colors (grey) and flooring was so nice. We truly was impressed and thanks for allowing us to have the best vacation ever!

It was one of our best vacations yet in over the last 20 years we have been coming to Ocean Isle The electronic lock was a great feature and the condo was wonderful we look forward to next year it won't get here soon enough!!!! Thanks for a great vacation The Helms's
