Includes access to tennis and pickleball courts and oceanfront Starboard pool. Close to beach access at Starboard Street.

The master bedroom has a Queen bed and private bathroom with a tub/shower. The second bedroom has two Double beds and the third bedroom has two Single beds. There is a hallway bathroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
