Located on a concrete canal with a floating dock. Direct beach access at Leland Street.

The main level has two streetside bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and access to the street side deck. One bedroom has access to the hall bathroom. The other has a private bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. One has two Queen beds, one has two Single beds, and the fifth bedroom is on the canal side with one Queen bed. All have private bathrooms.

Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Accommodates 12.

Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not provided. The property has bed covers and pillows. No pets. Ask about pet friendly properties if needed.
