There is a laundry room with washer and dryer on the back deck. This house is located 4 houses from Chadbourn Street and there is a public beach access at Chadbourn and First Street.

There is one bedroom with a Double/Single Bunk set and a Single bed. A second bedroom has a Queen bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom between them with a shower. On the left side of the house there are two bedrooms, with Queen bed each, that share a bathroom between them with a tub/shower.

Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Accommodates 10.

This rental is dog-friendly. An additional fee of $200 plus tax will be applied if bringing a dog(s) and your check out time will be 9:00 am. Two dogs maximum per stay. Dogs under 30 lbs.

Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers.
