This home has an elevator to make moving from floor to floor a breeze. A new pool was added for the 2024 season, so get your sunscreen ready. The pool can be heated for $100/day. The pool and jetted tub can only be heated April - October. This is a privately owned home and is professionally managed by McClure Realty Vacations. Chase the Dream II has recently been purchased & added to our inventory. The owner has installed all new furniture, carpet, bedding, as well as new HVAC systems. This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival. Our family of 8 adults and 3 kids loved this house. Even though we were there at the end of the season and the house had taken some hits (some kitchen cabinets off the track and missing some needed kitchen utensils), we had a great time. Good proximity to the beach - thanks for a great umbrella - did not realize Ocean Isle was so particular about the type you could use. Loved the king beds in all the bedrooms with very large TV's and private baths. The extra large dining table was great as it fit all of our family. REALLY loved the balconies - it gave us one more space to migrate to. The private pool was also an awesome addition. So nice to relax at after a day at the beach. Don't want to forget the elevator. We did not use a lot but it was definitely great for move-in and out. We would DEFINITELY rent again if we could bring our sweet little havanese puppy. MANY THANKS for a great family week!
