This canal house offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, large canal side deck, ground level patio, and more! Enjoy features such as central heating and air, a full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, washer/dryer, 5 TVs with internet cable (streaming), wireless internet, ceiling fans, canal side deck and street side porch, ground level patio with bar and the 5th TV, and a floating boat dock. Located one street over from Newport Street beach access.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor, one with a King bed, TV, and access to canal side deck. The other bedrooms is street side with access to the street side deck with two Double/Single bunk sets. There is a full bathroom off the hall with tub/shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a King bed with split mattresses on an adjustable base. This bedroom has a TV and access to a private canal side deck. The last bedroom is street side upstairs with a Queen bed. The laundry room is off of this bedroom. There is a full hall bathroom upstairs with a tub/shower.

Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Accommodates 10.

This rental is dog friendly. An additional fee of $175 plus tax will be applied if bringing a dog and your check out time will be 9:00 am.

Bed linens, towels, soaps, and paper goods are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers.
