This is a spacious 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home on a concrete canal. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, washer and dryer on each floor, 5 TVs for streaming your favorite services, covered porches, sundeck, outside shower, a fenced back yard, and a floating boat dock.

On the first floor is the living area, dining area, and kitchen along with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a half bathroom off the living area. One bedroom has a King bed, private bathroom with shower, and door to the street side covered porch. The other bedroom has a Queen bed, private bathroom with tub/shower, and door to the street side covered porch. Upstairs there is a bedroom with Queen bed and private bathroom with shower. The last bedroom is the large master bedroom with a King bed, a large master bathroom with garden tub and shower, and access to a huge porch on the canal side of the house.

This rental is dog friendly with a fenced back yard! An additional fee of $200 plus tax will apply if bringing a dog and your check out time will be 9:00 AM.

Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Accommodates 8.

Bed linens, towels, soaps, and paper goods are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers.
