This charming home is located in the family oriented Island Park community. Island Park is at the peaceful west end of Ocean Isle Beach. The house is second row and is almost directly across from The Isles restaurant. Beach access is located beside the restaurant and it is a short (5 minute at most) walk to the beach! The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals. The living room has a flat screen TV with cable. The house has wireless internet. The front porch is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Underneath the house, there is an outside shower, picnic table, and hammock. Island Park has 2 community pools that are available for use. Both pools are short walk from the house. The house has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryers and iron...all the comforts of home! Island Park has a community dock that allows access to the Sound. Fishing and crabbing can be done from the dock! 

The house has 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 are located on the first floor. One bedroom has a queen and a single. The second bedroom has a queen bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. Bedroom 3 and 4 are located on the second floor. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed. Bedroom 4 has a single bed and a set of bunk beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. Each bedroom has a 32 inch flat screen TV with cable. There is also a half bath on the first floor.

Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Accommodates 10.

Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has bed covers and pillows. No pets. Ask about pet friendly properties if needed.
