Located on corner of 2 canals with excellent waterway views.

Downstairs there are four bedrooms (K, D, D, D). The king room has a private bathroom, a bathroom is shared between two double rooms and there is a hall bathroom. Upstairs there is bedroom (2D). On the ground level there is a bedroom (D) with a private bathroom.

Rate includes departure cleaning. Beach access at Concord Street. No smoking. Accommodates 14.

Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed.

May be the best lot on the canals! Loved the location and the views. House was exactly as described - it's old school but very clean and had everything we needed. Only one king in the 6 bedrooms but that worked fine for us. AC works GREAT in all rooms but the king BR. We used the fans that were there and that worked great. For the price and location, this is a wonderful place. We rented a golf cart for the week, paddle boards, and bikes so we were able to explore all the canals and get to the beach super quick.
