This mid-island home offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, 4 TVs for streaming, wireless internet, covered porch, sundeck. Direct beach access at Duneside Drive and West First Street.
On the main floor are two bedrooms. One has a Queen bed and private bathroom with tub/shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and access to the hallway bathroom which has a shower only. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a Queen bed and a bedroom with a Queen and a Single bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower. The fifth bedroom has two Single beds and a private bathroom with shower. There is also a sitting/TV nook upstairs.
Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. No pets. Accommodates 11. If you rented this property last year, ask about a discount offered by the homeowner for repeat renters.
Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers.

Great clean house with large bedrooms. Plenty of room for our big family. Appreciated the videos, games, and short easy walk to the beach. Kitchen even had a large stock pot for our 'low country boil' tradition. The only thing the house was lacking was a functional grill.

Great house; great location! Appreciated the bar seating in the kitchen/dining area. Appreciated the large foot print of the well-stocked kitchen. Liked the main-floor laundry. Bedrooms were roomy, but not too large as to take away from common areas. Really loved the four bathrooms! Owners left directions for TV/DVD--and lots of movies and puzzles for entertainment. Furniture comfortable. Ground level shower enclosed. Ample parking.

We had a wonderful stay! House is very cozy and comfortable, was perfectly clean when we got there. Everything was as-described and worked fine.
