This 4 bedroom canal home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a ground level bathroom. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, a full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, a washer and dryer, 2 TVs for streaming, wireless internet, ceiling fans, covered porch, sun deck, stationary deck on canal and floating dock.

On one side of the house is a bedroom with King bed and a bedroom with a Double bed and bunk set, with a full bathroom between with shower. On the other side of the house is a bedroom with Queen bed and another bedroom with Queen bed, with a full bathroom between with tub/shower. The third bathroom is on the ground level accessed through exterior entry.

Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Accommodates 10.

This rental is dog friendly. An additional fee of $200 plus tax will be applied if bringing a dog and your check out time will be 9:00 am. Two dogs max per stay.

Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers.
