Two bedrooms are furnished with king-sized bedsideal for a restful night's sleep. Additionally, there are two cozy bedrooms with queen-sized beds, perfect for family or friends. Above, a loft area provides extra sleeping space with two twin beds and a queen bed, ensuring plenty of room for everyone. 

The open airy living area flows seamlessly into a large balcony at the back of the house, providing an inviting space to replax and enjoy the fresh air and scenic canal views. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or watching the sunset, the balcony is a peaceful retreat.

Step outside to the floating dock, perfect for boating or swimming. The dock features a convenient ladder, offering easy access to the water for a refreshing dip or a peaceful float. The fenced-in yard provides security for you and your guests, including the furry ones. Enjoy a short walk to one of North Carolina's best beaches and utilize the outside shower when you return. Whether you're spending your days lounging on the dock, exploring the canal, or enjoying the comforts of the cottage, this beachside getaway is the ultimate spot for relaxation and fun.

This rental is dog friendly. An additional fee of $200 plus tax will be applied if bringing a dog and your check out time will be 9:00 am.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
