This unit is the lower level of a house on the oceanfront. This ground level home offers 4 bedrooms and sleeping for 10 in a renovated 60's cottage. There are 2 baths/showers and 4 half bathrooms, with one private half bath off of each bedroom. Other features include central heat and air, a full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, a laundry room with washer/dryer, 4 TVs with YoutubeTV, wireless internet, covered ground level patio with view of fenced back yard, and walkway to the beach over the sand dunes. 

There are two bedrooms on either side of the house, each with a private half bath, and a shared tub/shower in between. Bedroom 1 is on the oceanside of the house with a Queen bed. Bedroom 2 is on the street side of the house with a Queen bed and a full size crib. Bedroom 3 is on the ocean side of the house with a Queen bed and a Twin futon. Bedroom 4 is on the street side of the house with two Queen beds.

Includes use of several beach chairs and a beach umbrella! No need to bring or rent these items for sitting on the beach. Use your VayKLife credit for games, coolers, boogie boards, and more!

Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Accommodates 10.
Includes Whole-House Disinfection prior to arrival. 

This rental is dog friendly. An additional per dog fee of $150 plus tax will be applied if bringing a dog(s) and your check out time will be 9:00 am. There is a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. 

Separate from this is a one bedroom efficiency with kitchen that can be rented individually if you need additional space.

Rentals are weekly only all year. Ask about a discount on the 2nd week when booking a 2-week stay!

Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
