This Island Park home offers seclusion on a quiet street with views of the Intracoastal Waterway combined with the convenience of a public beach access within walking distance. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, a full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, 2 TVs for using your streaming services, wireless internet, covered porch, and outside shower. Includes access to two Island Park pools and a community dock on the waterway for fishing or crabbing. 

One the first floor there is a master bedroom with King bed and private bathroom with tub. A second bedroom has one Queen bed. There is a half bath off the hall. Upstairs there is a bedroom with Queen bed and private bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a set of bunk beds, and the fifth bedroom with a Queen bed. There is a full bathroom off the upstairs hallway.

Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Accommodates 10.

Bed linens, towels, soaps, and paper goods are not provided. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets. Ask about pet friendly properties if needed.


Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
