New furniture & accessories complete the interior for a comfortable stay. Outside you'll find a new concrete bulkhead & totally renovated dock for easy access to your boat just steps from your back door. This canal is almost a direct route to the intracoastal waterway! The decks were renovated & well-appointed for your enjoyment. A delightful way to experience the sights & sounds of the water. This is a linen ready home! Bath, kitchen, & bed linen are provided at no charge. The beds will be made & we'll handle all soiled linen when you depart. Just bring your beach towels! Summers Dream offers plenty of amenities. This beautiful five bedroom, three bath home is privately owned with professional rental management services provided by McClure Vacations. We have been vacationing at Ocean Isle for the past 5 years, always staying in a different house. This is the first time we have booked the same home again for next year. The property was clean and styled perfectly. It had everything we needed and more. Excited for next year!
Very nice house. Plenty of room for my family of 11. The online pictures do not show the bar area with tv that has been added under the house. Great spot to hang out. Love the fact that linens were provided. We have always stayed on the other side of the canal, so I was worried about the afternoon sun. We actually enjoyed this side because the house has a large back porch that allows you to sit out for morning coffee and part of the deck is shaded in the afternoon sun. The other option during the strong afternoon sun was the area under the house. The dock is very nice and accommodated our boat well. There was a floating mat and two paddle boards provided. Unfortunately the paddles were broken, so unless you are short, they were difficult to use. I am sure this will be an easy fix though. A very nice week and we have rebooked for next year!!
