Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable, private full bathroom, and a ceiling fan. Other amenities include central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, digital cable, secured wireless internet, a 50" flat screen TV and DVD player in the family room, a covered porch, and an elevator. The comfortable back deck offers stunning views of sunsets, partial ocean and waterway views, the lagoon (often with fish, turtles, and ducks present), and North Myrtle Beach in the distance. Rate includes access to the oceanfront pool, hot tub, and poolside Tiki Bar and restaurant at the nearby Isles Beach Club as well as tennis/pickleball courts within the neighborhood.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee. We enjoyed our stay and the location of the property. Layout of the unit was perfect for 2 families of 4 with 4 adults and 4 kids. Elevator was a plus for luggage and groceries!
