The third bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with shower. The dining table seats six, and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Smart TV in living room which provides cable and streaming with guest's accounts.

Enjoy features such as central heat and air, full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, washer and dryer, cable TVs, and internet. The condominium includes elevator, seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, park style charcoal grills and picnic tables for guests' use, located near the beach access. And best of all, a private balcony that faces the ocean directly and offers an excellent view of the beach from the living and from the master bedroom.

Bed linens, towels, soaps, and paper goods are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers.

The hot tub will NOT be heated from the Monday after the Oyster Festival in October to the third weekend in May.
