This is a second floor side unit on the east side with fantastic unobstructed ocean views from the private deck off the living room. It offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy additional features such as central heat and air, microwave, dishwasher, 2 TVs for streaming your favorite services, wireless internet, ceiling fans, and a private balcony off of the living room. A Place at the Beach Phase II includes a coin-op community laundry and grilling area near the pool.

The master bedroom has a Queen bed and a full bathroom with tub/shower. The second bedroom has 2 Double beds and a full bathroom with a shower.

Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Second floor. Accommodates 6.

This rental is dog friendly. An additional charge of $175 plus tax will apply when bringing a dog and your check out time will be 9:00 am.

Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers.
