A Place at the Beach Phase II condominium complex features an oceanfront location, private pool, and gated beach access. This is a second floor side unit on the east side with fantastic unobstructed ocean views from the private deck off the living room. It offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy additional features such as central heat and air, microwave, dishwasher, 2 TVs for streaming your favorite services, wireless internet, ceiling fans, and a private balcony off of the living room. A Place at the Beach Phase II includes a coin-op community laundry and grilling area near the pool.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed and a full bathroom with tub/shower. The second bedroom has 2 Double beds and a full bathroom with a shower.
Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Second floor. Accommodates 6.
This rental is dog friendly. An additional fee will be applied.
Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers.
