This oceanfront condo offers 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, microwave, dishwasher, 3 Smart TVs with YouTubeTV, wireless internet, ceiling fans, and a private oceanfront balcony off of the living room. A Place at the Beach Phase II includes a coin-op community laundry, an oceanfront pool, and a walkway to beach.
The master bedroom has one Queen bed and a private half bathroom. The second bedroom has two Double beds. There is a full bathroom off of the hallway.
Rate includes cleaning. No smoking. Second floor. Accommodates 6. If you rented this property last year, ask about discounts offered by homeowner for repeat renters.
Rentals are weekly only all year.
Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed.

We had a great time on our trip! The property where we stayed was clean and ready for us upon arrival. We did not experience any issues with the property, and there were plenty of kitchen essentials for us to cook all of our meals. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were updated. No complaints at all! Highly recommended.

The property has a beautiful view! It was clean and cozy! We also arrived 50 minutes before entry and we called your office and because the condo was ready, we were able to get in. We appreciated that especially since we were coming from Ohio and you never know how traffic will be, so thank you.

This was our first trip to Ocean Isle and loved the beach. Beautiful weather, loved being ocean front.
We love this property. It is just right for our needs. This is our 4th or 5th year here and are looking forward to next year already.
