This mid-island condo offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is in the "middle" between ocean and waterway. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 cable TV's, wireless internet, ceiling fans, porch overlooking lagoon, complex pool. Includes access to tennis and pickleball courts and oceanfront Starboard pool. Close to beach access at Starboard Street. 

The master bedroom has a Queen bed and private bathroom with a tub/shower. The second bedroom has two Double beds and the third bedroom has two Single beds. There is a hallway bathroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. 

Rate includes departure cleaning. NO SMOKING. First floor. Accommodates 10.

Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed. 

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
