This oceanfront home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main level of the home plus 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom bonus area on ground level with outside entrance. On the main level there is a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, 6 Smart TVs with YouTubeTV, DVD player, wireless internet. Other features include a ground level laundry with washer/dryer, fenced yard, outside shower, and walkway to beach.

On the main level there are two bedrooms on the right side of the house, one with a King bed and one with two Single beds, with a full bathroom in between. On the left side there are two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with a King bed. There is a second full bathroom off of the main living area. This level has central heat/air. On the ground level, accessed by entrance from parking area, there is a small sitting area/bedroom with TV, chair, and Double bed, and a bedroom with two Single beds, with a bathroom in between.

Bed linens and bath towels are provided and beds are made upon arrival. Departure cleaning provided upon checkout. Accommodates 12 including ground level bonus rooms.
Absolutely no smoking allowed indoors.

This rental is dog friendly. An additional fee of $250 plus tax will be applied if bringing a dog and your check out time will be 9:00 am. 2 dogs maximum per stay.

Paper goods and soaps for your entire stay are not included. A starter supply is provided. The property has pillows and bed covers. The owner provides bed linens and towels.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The location cannot be beat. I was especially happy that it was offered for our extra long 5 night stay weekend. The layout is a traditional shotgun style that is very hard to come by on OIB these days. The home was very well maintained and well stocked. I was a little worried about the cleanliness since it was a pet friendly property and we were not bringing pets but, it was very clean, and there was no evidence of pets (smell, dog hair, etc). Sometimes the downstairs area in these shotgun houses are a bit sketchy, but this downstairs area was as good as the main floor. The laundry room provided a large commercial style washer and dryer. The outside shower had great water pressure as well as a changing area. But, the best part was the porches and walkway to the beach. The back porch had dining furniture as well as conversation seating/Adirondack chairs. The beach walkway had two areas with benches. And, the front porch had chairs, which came in very handy when it was too windy to sit on the ocean side porch. We could still enjoy being outside, but had a buffer from the weather. If I knew the owners, I would write them a thank you note for having such an enjoyable, well thought out retreat! Hoping to stay another long weekend or even week.
