This is a spacious 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home on a concrete canal. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, washer and dryer on each floor, 5 TVs, covered porches, sundeck, outside shower, a fenced back yard, and a floating boat dock.
On the first floor is the living area, dining area, and kitchen along with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a half bathroom off the living area. One bedroom has a King bed, private bathroom with shower, and door to the street side covered porch. The other bedroom has a Queen bed, private bathroom with tub/shower, and door to the street side covered porch. Upstairs there is a bedroom with Queen bed and private bathroom with shower. The last bedroom is the large master bedroom with a King bed, a large master bathroom with garden tub and shower, and access to a huge porch on the canal side of the house.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
