Well-behaved pups are welcome (with fee). No smoking. Accommodates 10.
Enter from the front porch into the well-appointed kitchen and dining area and continue to the living area on the canal side. There are two bedrooms on this level, one with two sets of Bunk beds and one with a Queen bed, with a shared bathroom between that has a tub/shower and laundry room. There is also a half bathroom off of the living room. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, one with a King bed on the canal side and the other with a Queen bed, with a shared bathroom between them that has a tub/shower.
Downstairs on the ground level guests can enjoy space for gathering or games, a fenced in yard for the family pup and outside shower. The floating dock on the natural canal will allow for boating, kayaking, and more, with the location being convenient to the Intracoastal Waterway.
Rate includes departure cleaning. Accommodates 10.
This rental is dog-friendly. An additional fee of $200 plus tax will be applied if bringing a dog and your check-out time will be 9:00 AM.
Bed linens, towels, soaps, and paper goods are not provided. The property has pillows and bed covers.
Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
