On this level is one bedroom with King bed and full bathroom, private study with Queen sleeper sofa, and a bathroom off of the hallway. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with King bed, balcony access, and private bathroom with large shower. Another bedroom has one Queen bed, balcony access, and private bathroom with tub/shower. There are two more bedrooms, one that has two Double beds and one that has two Queen beds with private bathrooms with tub/showers. Washer and dryer located on this floor also. Access to the rooftop deck via a spiral staircase to the third level.
Park-style charcoal grill and large octagonal picnic table, along with small seating area are available in the outdoor area below. Artificial turf covers majority of outdoor natural areas making this a perfect area to play and relax.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
