The Freedom 5K and Firecracker Mile are being hosted this year at Mulberry Park in Shallotte, NC on July 3rd at 7am.  Participants will join in a 5K and or 1 mile event in the morning followed by a cookout with hotdogs and drinks in the park.  Finishers earn a big fun finisher medal and receive a tshirt at the finish line.  The events are capped at just 600 runners so we anticipate selling out early - registration is open online now!  For more information or to register, please visit: http://Freedom-5K.com
