213W1- The Big One gets updates this winter!
In 2016, the name of 213 West First Street was changed from Changing Tides to The Big One. With 8 bedrooms, it was, at the time, our largest vacation rental property. Since then, we and Farag Hospitality Group have added a 10 bedroom rental property. The Farags strive to provide premium properties to their return guests and newcomers alike.
Therefore, they're taking the time this winter to give The Big One some upgrades and updates!
Upgrades will include:
- An elevator that will take guests from the ground level parking area to the first (main) floor of the house
- A commercial ice machine
Updates will include:
- New flooring in the great room, stairs, and first floor hall
- New living room furniture and window treatments
- New interior paint
- Completely new kitchen, including cabinets, countertops, and stainless steel appliances
- New and enlarged pool decking and new beach walkway
